Hourly Pay : 27.52$/hour

Time schedule is M to F: 11 am to 7.30 pm
Job Duties:
This role is mainly completing administrative duties , running report and tracking the drivers' work progresses at the end of the shift.
The candidate should be willing to drive when needed.
Investigate and resolve any order discrepancy for incoming or outgoing orders
Accurately prepare all necessary paperwork and reports
Monitor and keep a record of all movement of the vehicules
Handles all physical requirements for loading, transporting and driving without assistance
Coordinate work to ensure services are completed on a daily basis
Work with the transportation supervisor to resolve all issues
Job requirements :
High school diploma
2 to 3 years of driving experience
Valid class 5 license and a clean driving record
be able to pass a pre-employment background check
Key Skills and Competencies:
Must be able to lead and coach a diverse team of transportation professional
Ability to work under pressure
Attention to detail, well developed verbal and written communication skills
Ability to solve problems in a fast paced environment
Ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
Ability to run reports and use a computer
Grip, lift, push, pull, and carry wheeled, plastic bins over, up and down inclines, stairs, changes in walking surfaces and elevations
Lift at least 60 lbs.
