Le directeur, développement des affaires, réseau des courtiers, Banque Manuvie (BDM), représente la Banque Manuvie en tant que gestionnaire principal en relations d'affaires dans un territoire géographique déterminé et est chargé de promouvoir la gamme complète des produits et des services hypothécaires de la Banque, en s'impliquant activement auprès des courtiers hypothécaires d'élite pour générer des ventes de prêts hypothécaires. Ce rôle se concentre sur l'établissement des relations, de l'éducation et de la formation des courtiers hypothécaires quant à l'offre unique des produits hypothécaires de la Banque, tout en recherchant activement de nouvelles occasions de promouvoir les autres offres de la Banque dans le domaine du courtage.

**Responsabilités clés**

Responsabilités individuelles:

- Établir, maintenir et élargir les relations avec les courtiers hypothécaires dans un territoire géographique précis par le biais de contacts et de réunions stratégiques régulières établies dans votre plan d'activités annuel et de prodiguer l'information pour l'ensemble des produits et services hypothécaires de la Banque.
- Optimiser la livraison des produits, des services et des conseils à valeur ajoutée tout en accroissant les efforts de ventes par des consultations et la démonstration des avantages des produits et services intégrés de la Banque pour les entreprises de courtage hypothécaire. Appuyer les courtiers hypothécaires en travaillant directement avec les centres d'influence, les comptables, les courtiers immobiliers et en participant à des séminaires clients.
- Effectuer des activités de gestion des risques de première ligne grâce à la sensibilisation, le soutien et la mise en œuvre des politiques de conformité de l'entreprise auprès des courtiers hypothécaires, incluant la supervision des activités liées aux ventes. Responsable des communications envers le groupe de la Direction nationale de la conformité de la Banque Manuvie suivant les procédures de recours ou des préoccupations liées à la conformité.
- Partager les meilleures pratiques et collaborer avec les autres directeurs, développement des affaires de la Banque Manuvie, à l'échelle de l'entreprise, en optimisant l'efficacité organisationnelle, en soulignant des possibilités d'améliorations des produits et services existants et de nouvelles possibilités de produits.
- Collaborer avec les autres représentants de la Financière Manuvie et de la Banque Manuvie pour susciter l'intérêt des courtiers hypothécaires envers la gestion de la dette et des solutions de prêts et de dépôts de la Banque Manuvie.

**Expérience **requise/Compétences**:

- Bonne compréhension des politiques et pratiques en prêt personnel et commercial
- Minimum de 7 ans d'expérience dans le secteur bancaire et du crédit
- Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans le milieu du courtage hypothécaire
- Aptitudes supérieures au niveau de la vente et du service à la clientèle
- Très organisé et auto-discipliné
- Excellentes compétences en négociation
- Bonne connaissance des produits hypothécaires de la Banque Manuvie, dont le Manuvie Un
- Bonne connaissance pratique de l'environnement Windows
- Bonne compréhension des enjeux dans un environnement réglementé et juridique
- Compétences en planification des affaires
- Compétences en gestion du temps et du territoire
- En cours de ou avoir travaillé en vue d'obtenir un titre professionnel, CHA, etc.
- Capacité à voyager sur tout le territoire assigné

- Fortes aptitudes d'écoute active et de conseil
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles (soit en tête-à-tête ou en groupe)
- Excellentes habiletés de communication verbale et écrite

Expertise produit
- Connaissance approfondie des produits et des systèmes de la Banque Manuvie
- Solide compréhension des politiques et pratiques des prêts résidentiels et commerciaux
- Solide connaissance du positionnement concurrentiel

Compétences en gestion relationnelle
- Habileté à persuader et à négocier
- Capacité d'encadrer les membres de l'équipe en développement des affaires
- Capacité à établir et entretenir des relations d'affaires avec des partenaires externes et les autres services de l'entreprise
