The role
We're looking for a true hunter, result-driven individual to join our sales team.

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and building relationships with clients to meet sales targets.

You will work closely with the sales team to generate leads and contribute to the growth of our company. This is a dynamic apprenticeship position with a whole lot of potential for career growth.

The challenge

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Conduct brief sales presentations to potential clients and schedule discovery meetings
  • Collaborate with the sales teams to develop and implement sales strategies and plans
  • Meet monthly and quarterly goals
  • Participate in training programs to develop sales skills and knowledge
  • Scheduling business relationship meetings (BRM) with existing clients (20% of your time)
  • Any other task pertaining to sales activities

As a Business Development Representative at Kimoby, you will have the opportunity to advance in your sales career within our fast-growing tech company.

As soon as you achieve predetermined milestones, you will progress to a more senior sales position, such as Account Executive, where you will control your full sales cycle, develop sales strategies, and earn generous commissions.
