About The Opportunity


Corporate Traveler is a leading global business travel management company with substantial growth plans, looking for someone who succeeds in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-energy, high-motivation environment.

We have an excellent opportunity for a Technical Implementation Manager to join our team.

This role will support both the US and Canada and spearhead the implementation of our Online Booking platforms for our Corporate Brand, Corporate Traveler.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead/manage/audit online booking tool implementations from kick off to launch and provide post go live support
  • Stay on top of new developments of our own technology and ever changing OBT functionality, updating the implementation process with the advances
  • Analyze where there are opportunities for efficiencies to continuously improve the average time of site builds for our customers and design solutions to drive efficiencies and automate repeatable tasks
  • Provide 3rd level support via our internal ticketing system to resolve issues regarding our internal profile management system and online booking tools
  • Manage tickets and meet predetermined SLAs in line with KPIs
  • Meet and exceed predetermined implementation timelines
  • Contribute and participate in team calls

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year configuring SAP
    Concur in a technical implementation or support role
  • Basic understanding of Web Services and XML

Sabre GDS experience/Amadeus/Travelport

  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced customerservice focused environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong technical, communication, presentation and customer support skills
  • Organized, resourceful and autonomous
