We are expanding our Sales team to assist more companies in transitioning to AWS and achieving their business objectives.

If you are enthusiastic about cloud technology and possess the required skills, the ISR role presents the opportunity to introduce top-notch cloud solutions from the leading cloud provider to both new and existing clients.

The ISR is tasked with increasing the utilization of current and new AWS services across various company segments.

The ideal candidate will leverage their sales and technical background to proactively engage with customers, leveraging cloud technology to align with the customer's business goals.

A successful candidate will establish and nurture active relationships with customers and potential clients while consistently surpassing sales targets.

An ISR may oversee one or more territories in collaboration with one or more account managers.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve all performance targets, including annual revenue quota and new workloads, while also creating and advancing pipeline opportunities.
  • Drive new business growth through outbound campaigns and qualify inbound leads from marketing and partner channels.
  • Understand customers' objectives, technology landscapes, and business needs to propose customized AWS solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end sales processes, prospecting, creating business cases, and closing deals while collaborating with internal teams.
  • Ensure accurate activity tracking and sales forecasting using CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Implement innovative strategies to drive cloud adoption and sales growth.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of technical sales experience in B2B environments.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce and web-based meeting applications.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • AWS Certification (Cloud Technologist, Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, Developer).
  • Experience in prospecting, closing new revenue opportunities, and strong technical and sales skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of cloud computing technologies and the ability to identify customer opportunities.
  • Proven track record of goal attainment and teamwork with internal and external teams.
