This is where our Inside Sales Representative comes in.

WHAT IS THE ROLE?

The Role of the Inside Sales & Field Coordinator is to support a listing of accounts across Canada. This role will support customers via Telesales as well as Virtual Education Opportunities.


On occasion this role will support the Field Leadership Team as well as planning for National Sales Meetings and activities.

Additionally, during Peak period this role may require supporting instore selling.

The role is 90% Inside sales and 10% Field Coordination.

Relationships

  • Build strong customer relationships with key decision makers and sales associates.
  • Educate the Value of Dyson & engage, create energy around the products & the solutions they offer.
Telesales Call Cycle

  • Ensure call targets per day are met and frequency expectation is achieved.
  • Provide clear, concise communications supporting stores on informing of key activities/opportunities.
  • Clearly document interactions with stores using tools provided.
Education

  • Provided Best in Class Virtual Education Sessions
  • Work with Retail Sales & Operations Manager on optimizing and evolving Virtual Trainings as required.
Coordination

  • Support Execution of National Sales Meetings
  • Manage and Support Group Fleet Car Business
  • Provide additional support for ad hoc requirements.
Masterclass/Instore Selling Support

  • On occasion may be required to support local Instore Activities like Masterclass or larger Events.
  • During Key months "Peak" may be required to support instore activities
What are we looking for?

  • 2 year of customer service or sales experience. Telesales/Virtual Training Experience is an asset.
  • Secondary education required
  • Excellent Track Record of Achievements.
