Receptionist, Customer Support

Main tasks:
- Welcome visitors who come to the office;
- Followup of open sales orders and BOs;
- Manage the mailbox;
- Send documents at the request of the customers;
- Daily billing;
- Monthly billing;
- Tracking of empty container returns;
- Sends mail and parcels;
- Closing service orders;
- Maintain customer lists in the computer system (price list, changes, customer contact modifications) ;
- Followup of orders for office supplies;
- Followup of the service schedule;
- Edit and Print attendance sheets;
- Label printing;
- Enters service calls into the system;
- Filing
- All other related tasks

Prerequisites:
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Customer Service Experience
- Detailoriented
- High stress management capacity
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of the Business central ERP system (an asset)
- Being able to communicate effectively and be able to set priorities is an imperative
- Able to work in a fastpaced, growthoriented, flexible, good sense of humor.
