La Prep - La Prep is a sophisticated bistro-style fast-casual restaurant known for its freshly crafted inventive sandwiches, salads, pastries, and specialty coffees.
Chaska - Our unique Indian street food venture offers a fresh perspective on Indian cuisine, focusing on daily freshly prepared dishes seasoned with aromatic spices, herbs, and marinades instead of heavy sauces.
Responsibilities- Create and execute marketing initiatives to meet specific goals and align with the overall marketing strategy
- Utilize diverse channels and segment databases, handling large datasets
- Prepare business justifications for marketing projects, proposing effective tactics
- Develop and oversee the National Marketing Plan for each brand: La Prep and Chaska
- Assess the performance of marketing campaigns, including their impact on lead generation, customer lifecycle value, and retention
- Collaborate with creative teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners
- Lead end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring team synergy and optimal process utilization
- Collaborate with various marketing teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners
- Support operational teams in marketing initiatives for new and existing locations
- Coordinate store launches and promotional events, ensuring timely supply delivery
- Demonstrated experience in developing and evaluating marketing programs
- Familiarity with digital and direct response marketing
- Proficiency in creative writing for emails and landing pages
- Excellent project management capabilities
- Strong analytical skills with a metrics-driven approach
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Preferably holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Experience in franchise operations is a significant advantage
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of online content marketing and social media strategies
