We are currently looking for a Inventory Analyst to join Radiant and be part of our dynamic team.



LOCATION:

What You'll Do:

  • Enter data in the WMS (Warehouse Management System).
  • Plan and slot the inventory at each Distribution Centre for new customers and inventory moves between locations.
  • Maintain Master Data for both new and existing products. Verify accuracy of new items. Identify root causes of discrepancies. Resolve discrepancies.
  • Analyze the efficiency and optimization of inventory slotting. Reassign product locations to maximize productivity.
  • Run the slotting jobs for each location. Provide the results to Warehouse Operations.
  • Partner with Warehouse Operations to establish / review warehouse inventory processes.
  • Communicate achievable benchmarks for efficiency, accuracy and productivity. Provide assistance in measuring these benchmarks against established objectives and internal KPI's.
  • Ensure customers are compliant with established item configurations. Communicate with Warehouse Operations any findings for opportunities to improve.
  • Assist in the design, monitoring, and implementation of inventory control processes.
  • Collaborate with other internal teams on projects and initiatives.
  • Work with team leads to assign tasks and oversee work for new and ongoing projects as required.
  • Act as a backup for the Manager, Inventory Control as required.
  • Other duties and assignments as required.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • College Diploma / University Degree in Engineering, Finance, Logistics, Statistical Analysis or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years' inventory experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Minimum 1 year analytical experience working and analyzing large datasets.
  • Valid current MHE Operating Certificates for powered mobile lift equipment including Raymond Reach, Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, Power Walkie.
  • Experience in Warehousing Design, Inventory Planning, and Supply Chain Network Design are assets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office i.e., Word, Outlook.
  • Intermediate Excel skills required i.e. charts, formulas, pivot tables, vlook ups.
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) software.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in verbal and written form.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Dedicated commitment to providing superior, timely internal and external customer service.
  • Analytical and detailoriented.
  • Work well under pressure in a time sensitive environment.
  • Must have a valid class G driver's license in good standing.
