Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all administrative functions of the office
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
  • Assist with payroll processing and budgeting activities
  • Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Manage front desk operations and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist with vendor management and procurement activities
  • Support human resources functions, such as employee onboarding and record keeping

Skills:

  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and budgeting procedures
  • Experience in vendor management and procurement processes
  • Familiarity with human resources practices and record keeping
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

$18.00-$26.50 per hour
