Experience- Cake Decorating experience considered an advantage
- Responsible for achieving superior service targets for the department
- Welcoming customers in a courteous and friendly manner
- Decorating, finishing, personalizing, and icing specialty bakery items
- Ensuring department presentation and operations adhere to standards; including cleanliness, inventory control, quality, ordering, variety, signage, backroom procedures, and seasonal displays
- Maintaining the highest product quality standards for customers
- Monitoring adherence to variety standards, and ensuring 100% compliance with ad item display
