Bakery Team Member

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Yoshi Japanese Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
- Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Special Orders: Prepare special orders for customers.
- Decorating: Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
- Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
