Professional Staffing has teamed up with a Canadian Software as a Service (SaaS) company to seek their next Vice President of Engineering (Software).

A rapidly growing company based in Western Canada is looking to bring on board an exceptional leader to help drive revenue growth, establish accountabilities, and enhance efficiencies during their expansion.

The VP Engineering role will be predominantly remote (80%) with some in-office presence (20%); relocation to the physical office is highly preferred for the right candidate.

  • Build and lead high-performance software development teams
  • Create top-tier API integrations focusing on scalability, security, and maintainability
  • Act as a client-facing VP within the senior leadership team, fostering client relationships and addressing their sophisticated requirements
  • Establish a KPI-driven culture within the department
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of successful senior leadership experience in the SaaS sector
  • Proficient in managing the department's P&L
  • Proven track record of contributing to revenue growth
  • Experience with Cloud-based solutions and Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of Azure environment
  • Background in full stack development and API integration
