Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals

Qualifications:

  • Must have exprience in
    high volume recruiting
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • HR experience in Property Maintenance, Home Services, Home Renovations is highly desirable
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within HR or People & Culture
  • Expertise in HRIS systems such as Dayforce, Kronos, PeopleSoft, or Oracle
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and practices
  • Excellent data analysis skills to drive HR decisions
  • Experience in change management and organizational development
  • Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
