What We're Looking For:

  • Supervisory experience in a fast-paced bar/beverage, restaurant, or hotel environment
  • Smart Serve required
  • Ability to lift up to 50Lbs
  • Various shift work, including day, evening, nights, weekends, and holidays, as required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-energy pre-shift meetings and work with Managers to plan and review weekly shift meeting topics
  • Engage Guests throughout the shift to ensure quality checks are being performed and gain feedback on the Beverage experience
  • Execute the daily staffing schedule and organize daily staffing work assignments
  • Update the time and attendance record sheet
  • Escalate employee issues to the Manager
  • Provide training, in-the-moment coaching, and assist team members in all aspects of the operation
  • Participate in Supervisory day plans to improve service and culinary offerings
