Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish Quality and Quantity Standards

Develop and implement quality and quantity performance standards in accordance with our contractual obligations, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of excellence.

Improve Service Delivery

Work closely with site managers to develop and implement strategies to continuously improve our service delivery performance, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.

Measure Performance

Monitor and measure the performance of accounts against assigned budgets and quality standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Develop Financial Strategies

Develop and deploy financial strategies to improve profitability without compromising service quality, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible value for their investment.

Resolve Escalated Issues

Resolve escalated service delivery problems in collaboration with site management in a timely fashion, ensuring that our clients are satisfied with the level of service they receive.

Develop and Deploy Resources

Develop and deploy resources, including staffing levels, supplies, and equipment, to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service.

Conduct Training and Development

Conduct training and development programs for management employees, Assistant Managers, and Supervisors, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.

Maintain Client Relationships

Maintain a high level of client and tenant relationship across the portfolio, ensuring that our clients are satisfied with the level of service they receive.

Other Duties

Perform other duties as assigned by management, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience

Post-secondary degree or diploma, or equivalent experience, with three to five years' experience in custodial operations, including management of staff, budgeting, and financial planning.

Skills and Abilities

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and other stakeholders. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Technical Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to use technology to manage employee data, Kronos timekeeping, and electronic quality audit software.

Work Environment

Ability to drive a company vehicle, with a valid driver's license, and occasional need to receive and respond to customer emergencies on off-hours and weekends.

Physical Working Conditions

Ability to move between accounts by vehicle, regular need to walk customer buildings, and regular participation in audio/visual conference calls.
