Le poste de Représentant bilingue des ventes directes occupera un rôle essentiel au sein des activités de Lifeline Canada. Depuis 1974, plus de abonnés canadiens ont tiré profit de Lifeline. Actuellement, notre gamme de services d'alerte médicale permet aux patients d'avoir accès à l'aide au domicile ou en déplacement. Seule Lifeline offre AutoAlerte, la technologie de détection automatique de chutes la plus largement adoptée sur le marché aujourd'hui; le choix par excellence pour ceux et celles qui présentent un historique ou un risque de chute, ou qui craignent de chuter. **Objet**

À titre de représentant des ventes internes, vous répondrez aux appels des abonnés, des aidants et des professionnels de la santé. Vous les informerez sur les services Lifeline et adapterez les avantages et caractéristiques selon différentes situations, créerez un lien/engagement, explorerez les besoins, surmonterez les objections et conclurez la vente selon les besoins et de façon efficace.**Fonctions et responsabilités**
- Atteindre/dépasser les objectifs de ventes au moyen de méthodes centrées sur le client
- Recueillir toutes les informations pertinentes sur les clients et saisir cette information dans la base de données durant l'appel
- Effectuer un suivi pour clôturer en temps utile toutes les opportunités commerciales
- Maintenir sa connaissance des produits et rester informé de toutes les promotions marketing.

**Horaires de travail**:

- La nature de notre activité est telle que le service des Ventes Directes opère entre 8 h00 et 20h00 du lundi au vendredi et entre 9h00 et 17h00 le samedi et le dimanche. Vous devez être flexible et travailler sur n'importe quel quart de travail de 8 heures dans un délai de 5 jour consécutif.**Qui êtes-vous**
- Orienté vers les gens ;
- Une excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (à l'oral et à l'écrit) ;Des études postsecondaires ou une expérience de travail connexe avec 2 années dans le domaine de la vente d'entreprise à consommateur.
