**LE QUOTIDIEN**:
Dirigez une équipe de professionnels (3) de la paie et avantages sociaux;
Veillez à l'implantation d'une restructuration des processus pour assurer l'efficience du traitement de la paie;
Recherchez des façons de simplifier les processus, générez des efficiences opérationnelles et favorisez une culture d'amélioration continue;
Réviser et approuver les paies canadienne et américaines (2 paies, 2 cycles);
Réviser et approuver les paies effectuées par les fournisseurs de paie en Espagne, en France et au Royaume-Unis;
Assurer la gestion des projets d'envergure en lien avec la paie par exemple, revoir l'entièreté du processus de paies européennes, l'instauration d'un nouveau système de temps et présence, etc.;
En collaboration avec les spécialistes de la paie, coordonner la mécanique des enregistrements aux différents avantages sociaux incluant : la connexion du système de gestion des avantages sociaux avec les divers fournisseurs de services, assurer l'exactitude des déductions à la source et la validation des factures.

En collaboration avec la Directrice des ressources humaines, assurer le processus complet de veille diligente (volet paie) lors d'acquisition d'entreprises.

En collaboration avec la Directrice des ressources humaines, assurer la gestion de projet de l'ensemble du processus d'intégration d'entreprise à la suite d'une fusion ou acquisition (volet paie); ce qui veut dire la fusion de la paie, la ligne de communication, la formation des collaborateurs et la gestion du changement;
Assurez le respect des lois et de la conformité dans les différents états et provinces;
Participer à l'élaboration et au suivi de la feuille de route annuelle de l'équipe RH-Paie;
Participer au rapport de gestion RH-Paie annuel;
Coachez et mobilisez les membres de l'équipe paie en voyant à leur développement et leur épanouissement professionnel;
Assurez la planification, le suivi et le respect du budget du département de la paie;
Supportez l'équipe finance au niveau des fins de mois et des projections financières;
Êtes responsable de toutes les données fournies aux auditeurs internes/externes;
Participer à divers projets et rapports qui demandent une implication de la paie en collaboration avec le département finance et juridique;
Exécuter toute autre tâche de même nature reliée à l'emploi ou nécessitée par ses fonctions.

**LES APTITUDES NÉCESSAIRES**:
Posséder un minimum de 10 années d'expérience pertinente dans le domaine de la paie, incluant une expérience en gestion de personnel;
Être membre de l'Association canadienne de la paie (ACP);
Expérience en paie américaine;
Expérience avec ADP Workforce Now, un atout;
Capacité à s'épanouir dans un environnement en constante croissance et évolution, à s'adapter facilement aux changements et à gérer l'ambigüité;
Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles, joueur d'équipe positif et rassembleur, capacité à travailler avec de multiples parties prenantes;
Excellentes capacités d'analyse. Capacité à réfléchir de manière stratégique et créative;
Approche positive et orientée vers la recherche de solutions;
Aptitudes exceptionnelles en gestion de projets et grand sens de l'organisation;
Fortes compétences en communication verbale et écrite, français et anglais;
Solides compétences avec Microsoft Office, particulièrement avec Excel et PowerPoint.
