Responsibilities:

  • Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and marinating meats
  • Cook and assemble dishes according to established recipes and portion sizes
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • Follow proper food handling and safety procedures at all times
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate meal preparation
  • Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and notifying management of any shortages or discrepancies
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with their dining experience

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
