Key Job Functions

  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our services, eligibility of the programs that we administer through Employment Ontario, and how we can support the individual needs of job seekers and employers.
  • Lead motivate and empower team members to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that values diversity and creativity.
  • Advocate and promote our client's individual skillsets to employers with a focus on the most marginalised and unrepresented groups and the value that they bring to an organization.
  • Understand how to work with specialized groups along with the barriers and challenges.
  • Lead efforts to maintain and attain established targets, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization.
  • Drive the development of a diversified portfolio of employers, strategically tailored to meet the current and future needs of our clients.
  • Handle all employer account related escalations.
  • To ensure proactive communication and consistent followup with potential employers to cultivate and secure business opportunities.
  • Maintain oversight and accuracy of all reports within Employer Services timely analysis, and strategic utilization of data for effective decisionmaking.
  • Oversee all aspects of staff management and performance for staff reporting to the position.
  • Other duties pertaining to the position, as required.
