Key Holder - Job Description

  • Responsible for the general execution of all customer service supervisor duties such as opening and closing procedures on all designated shifts as per hours of operation.
  • In charge of creating a sales culture
  • Impulse inventory management and productivity (achieving sales targets: daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Responsible for

Cash Desk Area:
Monitoring cash registers and the surrounding areas

  • Cash Handling: store float, safe counts, cash discrepancies
  • Has override authority for discounts, returns, price changes and damages
  • Accountable for ATV (conversion and return percentages)
  • First contact for Customer Complaints and Feedback
  • In charge of Customer Service Request Log and Binder and the Hold Area
  • Accountable for New Associate Onboarding (training/coaching on sales practices)
  • Responsible for
holding Associates Accountable

  • Involved in weekly and monthly management meetings
  • Responsible for
first draft of the weekly schedules

  • Involved in Store Maintenance, merchandising and down stocking
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to multitask, and time manage effectively
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Passionate and has highenergy level; working on fastpaced work weeks, with excellent time management and organization skills
  • Adaptive to both stated and unstated customer needs
  • Full capability to climb ladders up to 12 feet in height
  • Ability to stand for more than 8 hours
  • Able to lift and carry merchandise up to 30 lbs. during receiving and unloading of trucks; or moving stock in the store.
  • Able to move shelves as needed
  • Able to work flexible hours, including extended day, evenings, weekends and closing shifts as needed.
  • Able to monitor and access performance of yourself and others.
