Ce poste est à pourvoir au sein de LBC Tech, une filiale de Banque Laurentienne.

Le ou la titulaire du poste est responsable de l'administration et du traitement courants de diverses activités de compensation, de règlement et de traitement des paiements selon les normes, les politiques et les procédures de la Banque Laurentienne. Il ou elle a également pour responsabilité de produire et de mettre à jour plusieurs outils et rapports, ainsi que de répondre aux demandes des clients internes et externes au sujet des processus de compensation et de règlement.

**Responsabilités**:
o Analyser, documenter et exécuter avec précision les transactions courantes de fonds communs de placement autogérés à l'aide de divers systèmes informatiques, en respectant les paramètres et les délais établis.

o Établir les priorités et programmer le traitement des transactions, en respectant les délais acceptés par le secteur et établis par le service.

o Gérer et traiter les transactions financières ou non financières spécifiques à un produit, conformément aux normes, politiques et procédures de la Banque Laurentienne.

o Effectuer des recherches et répondre aux demandes de renseignements de partenaires d'affaires internes, comme le service à la clientèle, en ce qui concerne les produits et les questions de traitement.

o Maintenir de bonnes relations de travail avec les clients internes et externes.

o Formuler des recommandations à l'autorité compétente et lui confier toute enquête ou question qui dépasse son propre champ de compétence.

o Vérifier l'exactitude, la clarté et l'exhaustivité de son propre travail et veiller au respect des exigences réglementaires et d'audit interne et externe.

o S'acquitter de sa charge de travail quotidienne dans des délais stricts établis par la Banque Laurentienne et gérer tout problème en collaboration avec son superviseur.

o Participer aux réunions du service et contribuer au processus de planification de mesures favorisant l'atteinte des objectifs du service et de ses propres objectifs, et communiquer tout problème ou toute préoccupation à cet égard.

o Soumettre à son superviseur des recommandations pour améliorer les processus de travail.

o Se tenir au courant des lois, des politiques et des procédures concernant les produits et services.

o Prendre part à des projets spéciaux et accomplir toute autre tâche de même nature ou d'ordre général demandée par son supérieur ou exigée dans le cadre de ses fonctions.

**Qualifications**:
o Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business or in a related field.

o 2 to 3 years of work experience related to administration or processing within a financial institution is required for the role.

o Excellent analytical skills to perform investigative work due to escalated issues.

o Completion of Investment Funds of Canada (IFIC) or Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is preferred.

o Knowledge of mutual funds, self-directed products, securities, and lending products.

o Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

o 35 to 40 words per minute typing/keyboarding speed; accuracy is essential

o Must possess intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Outlook a must.

o Familiarity with using large and complex financial database systems; ability to learn inquiry functions in back office processing systems.

o Good interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written.

o Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate information effectively.

o Able to work in a high volume environment with extremely demanding time frames.
