The Toronto Catholic District School Board is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Secondary School Vice-Principal. As a key member of the school leadership team, the successful candidate will support the Principal in setting the direction for the school and promoting a collaborative, diverse, and inclusive culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective curriculum leadership support to ensure student achievement and well-being.
  • Support the management and administration of the school's resources, including staff management, student registration, and discipline.
  • Promote professional growth through teacher performance appraisal and coaching.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build effective relationships and foster a safe and healthy learning environment.
Requirements
  • Completion of Religious Education Part I and the Foundation Series - Discerning Catholic Leadership Program.
  • Completion of Principal's Qualifications Program Part 2 and either two specialist or honours specialist qualifications, or a master's degree.
  • 7 years of qualified teaching experience, including experience in long-term occasional positions and at least one year of experience in the panel for which you are applying.
  • Demonstrated experience in leadership, curriculum, and assessment, as well as fostering a safe and healthy learning environment.
