Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents including quality data
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Perform data entry and update databases, including electronic medical records (Accuro)
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks as needed
Skills:
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is preferred
- Excellent proofreading and attention to detail
- Experience as administrative professional and medical receptionist manditory
- Ability to handle front desk responsibilities with professionalism and courtesy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
Job Type:
Fixed term contract
Salary:
$15.50-$24.88 per hour
