As a Part-Time Project Coordinator & Property Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our construction projects and managing our properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing ongoing construction projects, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination of resources.
- Maintain project files, documentation, and records in an organized manner.
- Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Conduct regular inspections of our properties to ensure they are wellmaintained and compliant with safety standards.
- Address maintenance issues promptly and coordinate repairs as needed.
- Manage tenant relationships and respond to inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and codes related to property management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in project coordination, property management, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer software (e.g., MS Office, project management tools).
- Knowledge of construction processes and property management practices is a plus.
