Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Strategic Advice: Offer expert guidance to senior management on health information management and analysis.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage health information databases to ensure accuracy, completeness, and accessibility.
  • Statistical Analysis: Analyze statistical information from healthcare institutions to inform business decisions and improve health outcomes.
  • Reporting and Monitoring: Prepare comprehensive reports and monitor health care programs to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in public forums and engage with stakeholders to promote our mission and values.
  • Event Planning: Plan and organize conferences, meetings, and other events to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Consultation: Consult with government agencies, other organizations, and stakeholders to advance our goals and objectives.
  • Program Development: Design and implement health and wellness programs to improve health outcomes and promote healthy behaviors.
  • Evaluation: Conduct evaluations of health projects to assess their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate multidisciplinary projects to ensure successful outcomes and effective collaboration.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise working groups and committees to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, MS Access, MS Excel, and SQL.
  • Experience: Experience in health administration and public health centers.
  • Specialization: Specialization in quality improvement.
  • Security and Safety: Valid driver's license, criminal record check, and immunization records.
