Job Title: Decision Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Decision Support Specialist to join our team at Brockton and Area Family Health Team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice to senior managers and officials on healthcare-related matters
  • Maintain, update, and manage health information databases to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Analyze statistical information from private and public healthcare institutions and organizations to inform healthcare decisions
  • Compile and present reports on healthcare trends and statistics
  • Monitor and evaluate healthcare programs to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
  • Present the views of the association or organization to members, the media, and the general public
  • Organize conferences and meetings to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration
  • Provide consulting services to government and other organizations on healthcare-related matters
  • Design and implement health and wellness projects or programs to improve healthcare outcomes
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments of health projects and programs to ensure quality and effectiveness
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary projects to achieve healthcare goals
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare-related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
