This position is a Co-op role, in the Financial, Analysis and Planning department for the September to December 2023 term. This role will support the Canadian FP&A team, along with the International Finance team, by providing support with various monthly functions and participating in the annual budgeting cycle.
HERE'S HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE:
- Participate in the delivery of our detailed annual budget by support the operating expense submission and review
- Assist with research and preparation of the macro-outlook and real estate projections for various markets
- Prepare various financial reports used by business stakeholders across the organization
- Support the development and/or revisions of report/report packages
- Participate in additional projects and conduct ad-hoc analysis as required.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
