You'll be responsible for motivating and mentoring a team of top performers, developing winning sales strategies, and exceeding ambitious sales targets.

To be successful, you'll need:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a top performing sales associate within the automotive retail industry and Sales Management Experience.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and a datadriven approach to sales.
  • A genuine passion for the automotive industry and commitment to exceptional customer service.
