Job Description:

What You'll Do:

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Human Resources, Operations, you'll be responsible for supporting in implementing the short
- and long-term Total Rewards strategy by providing compensation and benefits analysis, administration, and process improvements to ensure the company's plans remain competitive and sustainable.

The core parts of your role will be to:

  • Manage the research, data analytics and analyzes internal and external programs and practices to further improve our benefits and rewards programs.
  • Develops and documents bestinclass benefits and pension administrative practices applicable across all OGC's business entities.
  • Administer competitive compensation programs such as job evaluations, pay equity analysis, and merit and bonus cycle.
  • Support the administration of pension plans, ensuring that the plans are executed in compliance with internal policies as well as legislative requirements.
  • Works closely with functions of the Human Resources team such as Talent Acquisition and the Human Resources Business Partner's to ensure pay equity and partnering with Organizational, Learning and Development on building programs to support OGC people leaders with total rewards programs.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP)/Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and/or Employee Benefits Specialist certification (CEBS) in progress is an asset.
  • A minimum of 23 years work experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Highly organized, selfmotivated, customer oriented and able to work independently as well as within a collaborative team environment, and with internal business partners at all levels of the organization
