- Reporting and Metrics: Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on total rewards metrics and trends.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Relevant certification (e.g., CCP, CEBS) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in total rewards, compensation, or benefits management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and communicate data effectively; In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, trends, and regulatory requirements; Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
