Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Relevant certification (e.g., CCP, CEBS) preferred.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in total rewards, compensation, or benefits management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  3. Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and communicate data effectively; In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, trends, and regulatory requirements; Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proven Track Record: Proven track record of developing and implementing successful total rewards strategies in a dynamic and growing organization.
