You will be the first point of contact for employees and leaders who have inquiries on all facets of ApplyBoard's Total Rewards programs. You will be successful in this role if you're someone who has advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, strong data analysis experience, and can take ownership of tasks and see them through to execution.

While this isn't a people leadership role, your success will be based on building strong relationships with the business globally (employees and leaders) to assert yourself as a subject-matter expert on all total rewards topics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compensation Administration

Administer ApplyBoard's salary structure and compensation program, ensuring compliance with relevant legislative requirements and applicable policies. Conduct analysis of both internal equity and external competitiveness.

Maintain the HRIS with benefit data. Act as the first point of contact for all benefit requests. Participate in meetings with third-party advisors to discuss plan status and/or review plan design.

  • Workday Initiatives

Participate in ongoing Workday initiatives including data audits and configuration support of compensation and benefits modules.

  • Communication and Education

Assist with the development of a variety of communications and employee education materials.

  • Compensation Programs

Support all compensation programs including annual merit increases and annual incentive processes.

  • People Analytics

Provide enterprise-wide data analytics for People and Culture, including creating monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc metrics and presentations for senior leadership and the broader People and Culture team to analyze trends.

  • HRIS Management

Proactively participate in HRIS management by ensuring data accuracy and reconciliations.

  • Process Documentation

Document total rewards processes and maintain and educate the broader organization.

    Requirements
    • Education

College or University degree in a related discipline, such as Human Resources, Mathematics, or Business. Completion or working towards a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist and/or Certified Compensation Specialist designation is preferred.

    • Experience

Minimum 3 years experience working in a Total Rewards function as an Analyst or Specialist. Must have directly managed compensation programs, group benefits programs, and annual total rewards cycles (i.e. merit and variable pay). Prior experience administering stock plans is an asset, but not required.

    • International Benefits Experience

Experience with administration of international benefits plans, specifically American and Indian, is considered an asset.

    • Workday Experience

      Previous experience with Workday.

    • People Analytics Experience

A minimum of 1 year of experience generating robust People Analytics dashboards is required.

    • Technical Skills
