ApplyBoard is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Total Rewards and People Analytics Specialist to join our growing team. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the effectiveness of our compensation, benefits, and people analytics programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our salary structure and compensation program, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
  • Gather and analyze data for industry surveys and serve as the primary point of contact for compensation-related inquiries.
  • Administer global Group Benefits and Employee Assistance Programs, ensuring smooth operations and employee satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate benefit information within our HRIS system and actively participate in benefits plan meetings.
  • Provide comprehensive data analytics support to our People and Culture team, contributing to strategic decision-making across the organization.
  • Document all total rewards processes and procedures, ensuring clear understanding and implementation throughout the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Total Rewards function.
  • Proven expertise with Workday and the creation of insightful People Analytics dashboards.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
