About the Role

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Serve customers in a courteous manner at the counter and over the phone
  • Pricing, order entry, and expediting
  • Picking and packing orders
  • Replenishment of product in assigned locations
  • Load and unload goods
  • Obtain and display technical knowledge of products
  • Provide technical product assistance
  • Work with accuracy in a safe and efficient manner
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in the electrical industry
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills and commitment to customer success
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
  • Must have good communication skills and be able to work as part of a team
