The LUVO Product Manager is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

The Product Manager also ensures that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.


This role requires strong customer relationships, planning and analytical skills, and effective communication to keep all involved informed and on point.

The PM will develop strong working relationships with customers and demonstrate strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all stakeholders in the process.

They have an understanding of project management methodologies and the ability to develop processes and look for continuous improvement opportunities to make all facets of the customer experience world-class.


The successful applicant will:

  • Interact directly with international customers throughout all phases of the sales and operational process
  • Assist in business development of current and future customers internationally
  • Execute, forecast & track all distributor Sales requests
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
  • Coordinate people and processes to ensure projects are delivered on time and accurately.
  • Drive product launches, including working with executives, and other product management team members
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Review process documentation and develop new project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Lead and track LUVO product and business process training
  • Conduct market research to identify market trends and the needs of customers
  • Develop expert knowledge of products in the assigned portfolio, serve as an information resource to sales and internal teams
  • Work with Marketing Director and Sales Director to develop quarterly and annual Marketing Plans, including the development of communication initiatives, sales, marketing and technical programs
Post-secondary diploma in business or marketing or related work experience

  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • 2+ years of working with operational and customer service teams
  • Business development experience an asset
  • Some marketing background or experience
  • Experience in the health & beauty industry preferred
  • Experience with medical aesthetics lasers preferred
  • Indepth knowledge of HubSpot
  • Experience in customer relationship management and sales skills
  • Highly customer focused and the exhibit's ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with respect to marketing collateral (brochures, website etc.)
  • Advanced spreadsheet and numerical analysis skills; business cases, forecasting
  • Effective project management skills
  • Team player that is comfortable working with sales, marketing and internal teams to develop strategies to grow the current business and win new business
