We employ over 170 people in Dublin within our Worldwide Logistic and Supply Chain Centre, we are looking for a Demand Planner Perfumes.

What can you expect from your role?
  1. Build and run monthly rolling forecast, collecting, checking and analyzing all necessary information, sales trends and seasonality.
  2. Implement enhanced statistical models.
  3. Lead monthly forecast review with local planners and markets to sharpen the monthly forecast.
  4. Collaborate with Marketing and Markets on new products forecasting, act as pivot to integrate it in the global forecast.
  5. Provide consolidated forecast and hypothesis to Supply Planning monthly, according to the Supply Chain integrated model.
  6. Evaluate product phase-in and phase-out implications on forecast, as well as novelties cannibalization impacts on existing products.
  7. Prepare and lead local S&OP.
  8. Participate in forecast validation process to match forecast against Three-Year Plan, budget and related revisions.
  9. Define and monitor KPIs related to demand planning and actual sales (forecast accuracy).
  10. Develop improvement action plans to enhance efficiency.
  11. Cooperate with BU Marketing, Sales, Supply Planning, Customer Service and Logistics to ensure alignment on distribution plans and information sharing.
  12. Provide forecasting information to all requesting departments.
Profile

University degree in Engineering, Economics or equivalent. Minimum 3 years' experience in forecasting or demand. Knowledge of supply chain process and procedures. Good understanding of planning techniques and models and ability in using it. Knowledge of inventory management techniques. Excel and Power-Bi excellent knowledge, Anaplan is a plus.
