This position will report to the Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis and will provide financial insights, identify opportunities for growth, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
As a Business Analyst, FP&A, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial planning and analysis function of our organization.

Working in long term care is more than just a job; it is a calling for many of us.In this role you will be focused on:
- Collaborate with the finance and accounting team to prepare financial forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term strategic plans.
- Analyze and interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to optimize financial performance.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support decisionmaking processes, including scenario analysis and sensitivity testing.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to track financial performance against established targets and identify areas for improvement.
What You Will Do:
- Support the implementation of a new planning tool.
- Assist in the preparation of board presentations.
- Perform a reconciliation of any related acquisition accounting adjustments.
- Support adhoc financial analysis projects as required.

What You Bring:
- Education: bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CPA or CFA designation is a plus.
- Experience: 5 years' financial planning and analysis experience.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide strategic insights.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to both financial and nonfinancial stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment.
- Must be able to provide a complete and current (within six months) Vulnerable Sector Check, including a Criminal Background Check, or be willing to obtain one.
