The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to support our finance team in Calgary, AB. As a Business Analyst, you'll play a critical role in driving strategic growth by providing data-driven insights to inform key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain enterprise-wide KPI reporting, including BI dashboards and weekly reporting
  • Own monthly budget to actual variance analyses to identify and explain key forecast variances
  • Deliver monthly reporting packages for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring high levels of data integrity and quality
  • Provide support on ad-hoc requests for descriptive and diagnostic analysis in a high-paced environment
Requirements
  • University degree in Accounting/Finance or Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in a finance or business analyst role
  • Experience working with BI tools such as Lightdash, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
