Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Budget Analyst to join our client's team on a contract basis. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate financial models, budgets, and forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development of monthly and quarterly budgets, including long-term planning and forecasting.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and variances.
  • Analyze financial results and forecasts to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement business initiatives, valuations, and models to align with regulatory and accounting changes.
  • Utilize SAP and other financial systems to maintain cost center hierarchies, organize business units, and perform allocations.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in financial modeling and budgeting.
  • University education with CPA or CFA certification.
  • Strong analytical and consolidation reporting and modeling skills.
  • Ability to develop a big-picture perspective while maintaining attention to detail.
  • High-level experience with SAP, Oracle Hyperion, WDesk, and PCS, MS BI.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.
  • Strong team player with excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of focus.
