We are seeking motivated and results-oriented individuals to join our team as Collections/Customer Service Agents . In this role, you will be responsible to interact with customers/customer information on a daily basis, promptly responding to all inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner. Provides information to customers about product features.
We have multiple lines of business including:
Sales Financial and Medical Customer Care Sales Collections And moreResponsibilities:
Help customers with their questions and complaints Give customers information about products and services Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support Negotiate payment terms and arrangements, take loan application on call etc. where applicable Update customer files with appropriate information and ensure the information being placed in customer files follow regulatory, client-specific, and corporate guidelines Other duties as assignedThis is a hybrid position and requires you to work onsite from our London office. 100% work-from-home is not available for this position.
