About the Role:

You will contribute by:

  • Key point of contact for clients, ensuring we deliver exceptional service and results.
  • Manage crossfunctional project teams, ensuring accountabilities and expectations are clearly defined and that deliverables are met.
  • Oversee the development of bestinclass social media strategies and executions (across paid, owned and earned) for our clients, ensuring all kpi's are met.
  • Leverage data to inform content creation and optimization. Drive operational efficiencies and implement best practices across the business.

Skills and experience you will bring:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience managing large social audiences and driving social performance.
  • Client/serviceoriented experience working in an agency setting considered an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional thought leadership can rally several stakeholders around an idea and see it through from inception to execution.
  • Effective time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects/ teams and consistently deliver against timelines.
  • Indepth knowledge of established and emerging social platforms (and how they can be utilized to the benefit of brand and business).
  • Experience in social media planning / buying across paid, earned, and owned channels.
  • Experience in content creation, optimization and adaptation in nimble industry or space.
