**Account Manager

Reporting to the VP and Director of Sales, we are seeking a seasoned
Account Manager who will be responsible for maintaining and growing sales of Dassault Systems SolidWorks and 3DExperience Solutions within an existing account base through a proven solution selling approach.


Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Direct sales to named Accounts.
  • Develop, maintain and grow customer relationships and ensure customers fully understand the benefits of our integrated 3D Mechanical and Electrical Solutions, Data Management, Simulation, and new cloud based SAAS products on the 3DExperience Platform.
  • Provide Account Management data: forecasts, account management documentation, and activity reports to management providing the basis for sales planning.
  • Meet monthly quotas
  • Introduce and integrate our technical team as well as SolidWorks and Solution Partner resources to the customer to demonstrate capability
  • Educate customer personnel and facilitate project management.
  • Develop, deliver and lead implementation of professional technology proposals.
  • Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained
  • Engage with multiple customers on a daily basis by reaching out to new clients, and by developing campaigns for maintaining customer loyalty
  • Record changes to customer accounts, updating service packages, adding accounts, and removing accounts as needed

  • Strong selling, customer service, presentation, problemsolving and negotiation skills
  • Wellorganized and selfmotivated to achieve results
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
  • English
  • Able to respond effectively to multiple priorities and execute in a dynamic, fastpaced work environment
  • Knowledge of CRM software is an asset
  • Knowledge of Engineering Technology would be an asset
  • A hunter who is driven by success and growth in a competitive environment.

Education/Experience:

  • Post-Secondary Education
  • University/College Diploma
  • Minimum 23 years related sales and software/or industry experience
