Job Purpose
The Selling Excellence Coordinator has a number of activities: learning support, financial/supplier administration, sales meeting planning and logistics, in addition to providing support/coordination to 5 SE (Sales Effectiveness) Managers and 4 SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness) Managers

The SEC will:

Details (Your responsibilities)

A) Manage and administer GSK's Learning Knowledge Platform (Illuminate)
- adding and managing new sales/marketing personnel through internal knowledge platform (Illuminate) ensuring appropriate brand curriculum and changing movers.

  • Main contact with sales for Illuminate issues and adjustments

B) Coordinate myLearning Platform training material for sales
- updating and retiring relevant materials

  • Updating product exams, assigning training, marking courses completed, assigning knowledge testing and SFI (Sales Force Incentive) exam to new learners and movers. Updates to knowledge testing, P2 and P3 exams.

C) Coordinate Annual certification and SFI exam
- sending year end communications to field, managing correspondence with global to have testing exams made, incorporated into myLearning, enrolling salesforce in appropriate testing, ensuring completions, running completions report for YE bonus

  • SFI exam creation in myLearning, testing and enrollment to all sales and all new hires throughout the year

D) Liaison for CCPE - Council for Continuing Pharmaceutical Education accreditation

  • GSK CCPE liaison, approving registrations, open PO's for CCPE, distributing awards and certificates, keeping monthly records of enrollments and completed exams

E) Administering process for supplier contracts and monthly accruals

  • Opening all POs (Purchase Orders) for SE (including meetings), approving invoices and accrual for finance each month end. Closing fully utilized PO's. Following up on unpaid invoices

F) Coordinate Sales Meetings

  • Working with global counterparts and external agencies (Meeting Logistics/Planning) as partners in meeting planning and execution
  • Set up meeting with key organization personnel to discuss and execute meeting requirements (AV, registration, invites, evening events etc), venue sourcing, etc.

Basic Qualifications

  • College Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years in a customer service position preferably in the medical/healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
  • Excellent communication skills, fully fluent in both English and French (verbal & written)

  • Comfortable in a multi tasks environment
  • Aptitude to discern/distinguish priorities (time management)
  • Ability to work in an environment of teamwork and collaboration
  • Strong orientation in services and very flexible
  • Energetic, wellorganized, excellent judgment and highly adaptable to unforeseen situations
  • Creativity and initiative are required to find new ways to satisfy customer requirements
