The Project Coordinator, Customized Product is responsible for the project management amongst manufacturing and internal design teams for our custom product orders from design to final production.


Requirements:

  • Lead and the owner of the customized projects, Liaise with Sales Department and IndustrialDesigner to identify/define the customization requirements, scope, and objectives
  • Lead the conversation with factories and GT China team closely to initiate, manage, andcomplete customization project
  • Monitor project progress and troubleshoot any issues that arise
  • Make the "Approval form" send through Docusign to close each custom project
  • Create new custom item in Netsuite and make sure all the date are accurate
  • Ensure customer standards/requirements are met
  • Setup time meeting with stakeholder to plan the projects
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fluency in Mandarin is preferred
  • College degree or equivalent combination of education & experience
  • Experience in project coordination
  • Understanding of hardware manufacture(customization) process/principle/limitations
  • Knowledge of hardware production and assembly
  • Detail oriented and with a proven track record of managing multiple projects
  • Excellent communication and consultative skills
  • Highly organized and able to multitask
  • Selfdriven and proactive
  • Experience in process creation
  • Knowledge of customer success processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient and active listener
  • Demonstrate assertiveness and influencing ability
