Aquila Software is seeking a
Recruiter / HR Coordinator to join our growing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Head of People, the
Recruiter / HR Coordinator will act as a key partner for our people, and will have the following primary responsibilities:

  • Manage Aquila's talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Coordinate various stages through the recruitment lifecycle
  • Help create an engaging employee experience
  • Assist in development and implementation of recruitment policies
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Facilitate the employee onboarding process
  • Help manage various HR processes including payroll review, benefits, and other administrative duties

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of experience in human resources, including significant recruiting experience
  • Understanding of human resources policies and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office, as well as ATS and HRIS systems
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Customer service attitude with an aptitude in problemsolving
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field preferred
  • Additional HR training/certification is a plus
