From our hatcheries to our "ready to eat" state of the art cooking facilities we service customers in the retail, food service and industrial sectors.
We are proud of our support of the Canadian farm as well as our investment in the latest equipment and technologies at our facilities across Canada.
Our test kitchens have the most current cooking equipment replicating that used in commercial establishments, to facilitate precision testing. This way you know the product you receive will perform to your expectations. We are proud of our long-standing partnerships with family-owned Canadian chicken farmers to produce high quality products.
We are looking for an independent and driven recruiter to support our critical hires in our production facilities and head office.
Your Responsibilities:
- Partner and advise hiring managers on the recruitment process: develop recruitment strategy with them, identify their needs etc.
- Bring new and innovative ideas forward to improve our hourly recruitment performance. Promote Sunrise Farms employer brand.
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders based in different locations, being able to prioritize and deal with tight deadlines.
- Conducts regular recruitment reports to identify current recruitment needs and future trends
Your Experience and Background:
- Minimum of 2years of experience managing endtoend recruitment initiatives in a fastpaced environment (agencies or corporate). Undergraduate Degree/Diploma is considered an asset.
- Collaborative selfstarter and creative problem solver. You strive to seek out opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
- Experience with HR related systems or tools such as an HRIS / ATS, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Proven ability to prioritize duties/projects, multitask, and work independently in a fastpaced environment with constant demands.
- Good computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- A customer service orientation, sensitive to hiring needs and understanding importance of diplomacy and confidentiality
- Strong written and verbal communication.
