Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced recruiter to join our team as a Business Talent Acquisition Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and securing top talent for our key facilities throughout Canada.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates for critical roles across our various facilities.
- Collaborate with and advise hiring managers and department heads to understand their specific needs and tailor recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Coordinate with HR and other relevant teams to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to enhance recruiting strategies and identify potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to quickly address current and future hiring needs.
- Gain insight into various divisions of Sunrise Farms, including operational strategies, business development, and other critical areas.
- Participate in strategic discussions and contribute to the development of recruitment plans that align with the company's broader objectives.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to final offer.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment initiatives in a fast-paced environment (agencies or corporate).
- Post secondary education in Human Resources is an asset.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and strategies, with the ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the business.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools (including Microsoft 365), along with a strong grasp of data analysis to drive recruitment decisions.
- Proven ability to prioritize duties/projects, multi-task, and work independently in a fast-paced environment with constant demands.
