***: As a Program Manager, you are an expert in delivering projects that exceed expectations. Your can-do attitude begins with "I will do what it takes" and ends with "on time and on budget". You will work closely with both internal and external teams to manage project timelines, resources, and budgets. You thrive in ambiguous situations and are a self-starter who is client-focused.

Your ability to take client concepts and transform them into successful executions is second to none.

Effective communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders is essential as you balance competing priorities to ensure successful project outcomes.

You are passionate about creating meaningful experiences and can seamlessly manage multiple tasks.

This full-time position, must be located in Toronto.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the execution of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients
  • Work closely with the Accounts and Creative teams to manage project timelines, resources, and budgets
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Communicate project status and progress to internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct regular status meetings with clients and stakeholders to review progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Coordinate the efforts of crossfunctional project teams, including designers, developers, writers, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure project teams have clear direction, resources, and support to execute projects successfull
  • Work on weekends and/or offstandard hours of program execution
  • Proactively identify opportunities to add value to client relationships and generate new business

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 57+ years of experience in project or program management in a creative agency environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problemsolving skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with competing priorities and deadlines
  • Experience working in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience working with crossfunctional teams
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
  • Understanding of creative and production processes
  • Experience managing budgets and financial reporting
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
