- Have experience in sales administrator role, preferably with Automotive sale admin, and/or comparable exp.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and adapt easily to new software platforms
- Enjoy meeting new people and working in a fast paced environment
- Can work the days and hours listed above.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing BOS for dealer trades and wholesale cars
- Filling in reception at Lunch Time or when required. (Backup)
- Updating Sold Log and various other logs (Must have excellent Excel/PowerPoint knowledge)
- Closing R/O's if required
- Doing Cheque Requisition
Qualifications:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated excellent telephone demeanour and ability to accurately record messages and information
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Organizational ability and attention to detail
- Ability to take ownership of problems with a positive attitude and bring them to completion
- Two (2) years experience as a customer service representative, or equivalent
- Administrative Experience preferred
- Dealership experience preferred
