About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Btown Auto Sales. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish clear priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and preparing periodic and special reports.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records and coordinate office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, and supplies.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and oversee office administrative procedures.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
